PREAMBLE
- These general conditions of sale are agreed between Honest Together, with headquarters at Avenida Firefighters Voluntarios n°240, Lote 22, 2765-201 Estoril, tax identification number 517841223 hereinafter referred to as Piiiton and people who wish to make purchases through of the website www.piiiton.com, hereinafter referred to as Customer.
- The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.piiiton.com will be governed exclusively by this contract, excluding any conditions previously available on the website.
ARTICLE 1 – OBJECT
- The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to provide and define all the information necessary for the Customer regarding ordering, sales, payment and delivery methods for purchases made on the website www.piiiton.com.
- These conditions regulate all the steps necessary to place the order and guarantee the follow-up of this order between the Contracting Parties.
ARTICLE 2 – ORDERING
- The Customer places their order by completing the purchase process presented on the website www.piiiton.com, adding the product(s) or service(s) they wish to order to the shopping cart:
2. To send your order, the Customer must:
a) Register on the website www.piiiton.com, providing the information requested there.
b) Log in (providing a combination of email and password chosen by the Customer at the time of registration).
c) Complete the information and choose the options that are available to you throughout the order completion process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the NIF and the name that, for tax purposes, you want shown on the invoice).
3. The final confirmation of the order by the Customer is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale as well as these General Conditions of Sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.
4. Honest Together will honor orders received online only up to the limit of available stocks. If the product is unavailable, Honest Together undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible.
5. The data contained in the invoice is the sole responsibility of the Customer. The invoice once issued cannot be reissued with changes.
6. Order requests are valid for 1 (one) day, unless the order is registered under a promotional campaign that defines a different deadline, and it is not possible to guarantee prices, discounts, promotions and offers beyond this period . If payment is not received by our services within the aforementioned period, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be refunded or used for a new order.
ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT
On the website www.piiiton.com, Honest Together offers the Customer the following payment methods via Ifthenpay:
a) Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);
b) Multibanco reference; It is
c) MbWay
The option to pay by Bank Transfer will also be available.
In the case of payment by credit card, the debit will be made to the Customer’s card immediately after confirmation of dispatch of the goods. If some ordered products are out of stock, their value will be credited to the Customer’s card after placing the order.
ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY
Products are shipped the business day following payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number to track delivery progress.
Shipping costs and times
• We offer shipping costs for orders over €300.
• For orders of lower amounts, fees and delivery times apply according to the method and location chosen.
• 2-hour express shipping – available for deliveries in Lisbon, Oeiras and Cascais
• Same day shipping – available for deliveries in Lisbon, Oeiras and Cascais
• Next day shipping – mainland Portugal and Spain
• Island Shipping – 3 to 5 business days
• Shipping Europe (excluding Iceland, Luxembourg and Switzerland) – 3 to 5 business days
ARTICLE 5 – PRICES
Prices must be expressed in Euros, with fees and taxes included, taking into account the VAT in force on the date of payment of the order.
If there is an increase in the Price of any product, the Customer will be informed immediately, and may choose to receive their order (paying the difference) or cancel it.
ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION
The cancellation process is handled on a case-by-case basis by PIIITON. The request must arrive in writing to the contact email returns@piiiton.com on the day of the order, with instructions for canceling the merchandise responded to and defined by Piiiton, through the same means of communication.
ARTICLE 7 – RETURN AND EXCHANGE
The exchange period is 15 days after delivery of the order.
Products for exchange must be in salable condition, that is, in the same condition in which they arrived in the customer’s hands, without any anomaly or damage. The customer must present proof of purchase.
The exchange request must be sent in writing to the contact email returns@piiiton.com.
If the value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is lower, a voucher will be issued for the missing amount, to be used within 6 months. If the value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is higher than the initial value of the order, the customer will have to pay the outstanding amount.
In case of exchange, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
We do not make returns, except in the case of damaged items or items in poor condition, after quality control by Piiiton. If the items are faulty, we will cover the return costs and issue a full refund.
ARTICLE 8 – PRIVACY POLICY
Your data is processed in compliance with legislation on the protection of personal data. The same, subject to computer processing, will appear in PIIITON’s database(s) and are intended for the registration and presentation of other products and services, as well as institutional information, to be made available by them.
Its provision is optional and the right to access, rectify and cancel any data that directly concerns you, in person or in writing, directly to the address on the home page of this website is guaranteed, under the terms of the law.
